Sauvignon Blanc 2020
I love the bouquet that unfolds in this example, aromas and scents of barrel ferment softness and complexity, then familiar scents of peach and tropical fruits, lemon skin and apple. On the palate a satin texture leads to flavours of gooseberry and apple, lemon and leesy barrel ferment layers. Super fine fruit tannins and the acid line frame fruit flavours and synergies from the barrel ferment environment. Well made, lengthy and delicious, best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.

Pinot Noir 2019
Tasted over five days this wine has an impressive consistency, purity and ageing potential. From day one through five the core of fruit remained the focus with aromas and flavours of dark red berries, layers of dark cherry and plum, some raspberry and rose flavours. Layers of wood spice and fine tannins with medium+ acidity hold the all the attributes together leading to a balanced, lengthy and even finish. Well made, a wine for today and the cellar. Best drinking from 2021 through 2030.

Sauvignon Blanc 2017
Complex, ripe and pure fruit scented bouquet. Aromas of fresh white peach and preserved lemon, fresh tropical fruits of pineapple and green mango then apple and fresh herbs. On the palate - textured, fruity, varietal and spicy. Flavours reflect the nose with a spicy acid tang, wet stone minerality and lengthy salivating and lightly salty finish. Well made and ready to drink upon purchase and through 2023.

Gorgeously complex and engaging, the wine shows grapefruit, apricot, dried herb, oatmeal and almond nuances on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate displaying richly textured mouthfeel and bright acidity. Beautifully weighted and persistent. At its best: now to 2027.

Chardonnay 2020
This stylish chardonnay shows white flesh stone fruit, lemon peel, nougat and roasted cashew characters with a hint of brioche complexity. The richly textured palate delivers excellent weight and depth, beautifully supported by creamy texture and well-pitched acidity. Wonderfully rounded and lingering.

This is complex and engaging, showing spiced cherry, clove, thyme and smoked game characters on the nose. It’s concentrated and persistent on the palate, delivering silky texture and fine grainy tannins, finishing firm and wonderfully long.
